This property was just as advertised. The property was super clean and they’ve done an excellent job restoring an old farmhouse. The close proximity to CDP makes it super convenient to get to the park or drop back by the house between games. It’s 2 miles to the park and 3 miles to downtown Cooperstown. There’s a decent amount of traffic on the road out front which amounts to nothing by Atlanta standards. Play ball!

We had an amazing stay in Cooperstown, and absolutely loved this sweet house. The charm of the farmhouse paired with all the necessary amenities was just perfection. The boys loved the monopoly table in the front room! The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything that we needed! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!
