About this cabin rental
Strawberry Ridge Cabin in the Sierra Nevada mountains is in a peaceful neighborhood in the Stanislaus National Forest.
Most activities are five to ten minutes away. Pinecrest Lake is a five minute drive and you can walk or drive to the Stanislaus River.
We completed an extensive renovation and the cabin is very stylish and cozy. We are picky about the VRBO's we stay in, and are proud of how cozy and charming we’ve made our cabin.
We have many repeat guests and know you’ll love staying here!
You'll have this cozy and stylish renovated cabin all to yourselves. The cabin is spacious and has a perfect floor plan that lends itself to families or couples traveling together. It sits on 1/3 of an acre and is surrounded by mature trees. BBQ on the huge deck in the Summer and Fall or relax with a book on the 2nd story balcony off the Loft. In the Winter and Fall build a fire in the wood burning stove which is extremely efficient . Firewood is included. And Ping Pong in the garage is available for fun in any season!
We are interior designers and have made this cabin extremely comfortable and cute! The kitchen has everything you will need to cook with all brand new appliances and small appliances (toaster, popcorn maker, blender, food processor, etc). We supply organic coffee, sugar, oils and vinegars and many condiments. We even have instant oatmeal and hot cocoa in case you weren't able to make it to the store before your travel.
We have tons of games, puzzles, books (vintage & new) and Legos available for family fun. We also have over 150 DVDs including the entire season of Friends, Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. For the kiddos there are many Disney movies and Marvel movies. We even have classics like the Big Lebowski, Pretty Women and Breakfast Club. There is a TV/DVD player in the loft as well, so the kiddos can relax on their own upstairs. If you'd like to chill on the couches after hiking, biking, skiing or swimming we have a Smart TV downstairs with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon, as well as Dish cable with over 100 channels
Walk right from the cabin to hiking trails, snowshoe trails and the Stanislaus River.
ALSO- We are sensitive to chemicals and fragrances, because of this we use only unscented or natural non-toxic cleaning products. We use no air fresheners, plug in fragrances or artificially scented laundry detergent.

LONG STAY GUESTS OVER 7 DAYS~ Please be aware that any guests staying more than six nights will have a “mid stay” cleaning fee and be charged $150 without laundered bedding or $200 for laundering bedding. After booking, we will request the price adjustment and talk with you about what day you would prefer. The reason for this is that long stays typically create many more hours (sometimes double) from our cleaning staff. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all updated amenities. Very clean and updated cabin. Looking forward to booking this cabin again!

You can tell these hosts have put a lot of work into remodeling the cabin and all accommodations are very well thought out! Nice open layout on the main floor and super clean rooms and bathrooms. Great location to spend time in Strawberry/Pinecrest, Dodge Ridge, and Leland Snow Play in the winter. We loved our trip and look forward to staying here again in the future!
