Cozy little house that is less than a mile from either Major trail system in Bentonville. Great for an MTB getaway. Walmart is also just a few blocks down the road for essentials.

The place was clean but lacking several touches that make a place nicer. The wifi never worked the entire weekend. A teakettle would be nice for hot water. The side screen door/storm door was falling apart. A rug on the tile inside the front door would be good - especially when it's rainy and the tile is wet. There were no handtowels in the bathrooms and the washcloths were dingy and looked as if they'd been used for cleaning.
We appreciated having use of the garage to store our bikes.
