About this apartment rental
I am offering a room in a well-located and nicely decorated flat in central London. Here are some key points to make my flat spot on. It is on the third floor without lift. There is a little dog in the flat. She is very friendly.
1. **Location:** The flat is centrally located, just 50 meters from Earls Court tube station, which provides excellent transport links to the rest of London. There are also numerous bus routes available right outside the flat.
2. **Amenities and Area:** The neighbourhood is bustling with a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Despite its central location, the flat itself is very quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the busy city.
3. **Shared Living Arrangements:** You'll be sharing the flat with me,I am a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) doctor and nutritionist. The bathroom is shared but I am often out at work, which may provide more private time in the flat for you.
4. **Pets:** There is a small, friendly dog named Juju in the flat. She is 3 years old and enjoys being around people. If you have pets at home, juju can comfort you, she loves strokes and attention.
5. **Terrace:** The flat features a big terrace, which is a great bonus for enjoying some outdoor.
6. **Two zones, it covers two zones. it Located in Zone 1 or Zone 2, means you can decide two ways, if you want to travel outside of central london, you choose zone 2 to your destination zone, or zone one only, it is central london. The ticket is much cheaper.

I couldn't be happier with the location of this stay. Literally across the street from Earls Court Station, this was an amazing gateway to exploring central London. Plenty of places to eat and shops nearby in case you forgot to pack something. The house is very cute, furnished in a very bohemian style. Amenities were adequate, though be aware it is on the top floor in case you have any issues with stairs. The guest room has a full-sized mattress, a bit on the smaller side for two people, so that's something to keep in mind. Speaking of which, there is the elephant in the room in that this a guest room rental, not a whole house rental like most other listings. I didn't notice this fact in the fine print when I booked it, but for the price and location, I decided to give it a try anyway. The host and her dog Juju were very lovely and was never in our way. In the end, I'm very happy how this turned out.
