Grindelwald Stay

Size of room. Plenty of space and practical. Good location. Parking. Private and quiet.

Room was a little too warm when sleeping. Pillow too soft for me. No one on reception desk, have to contact with messages online or call. Ok when everything runs smoothly but could be a problem if you really need personal help. Everything worked for us once we got established.

Good value, great view, not that bad commute but also not the highest end.

The view and the price is amazing. The bus stop is relatively close and the parking is cheap. Make sure to book it first.

There is no staff on site. I was supposed to get my code to the room at 16:00 (we were there earlier) but the code didn't arrive until 16:30 (after I had to send messages to various channels and 3 calls to different numbers).

A conveniently located hotel with a stunning mountain view

The location is very convenient — the train station and a supermarket are within walking distance, and the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. The view from the window is stunning, overlooking the mountain. The room is spacious and clean. The automatic check-in is very convenient.

TV didn’t work. Since everything in the hotel is automated and there was no staff, I wrote about this on WhatsApp to the contact number, but no one has responded so far. Also it would be great if the hotel at a ski resort had a drying rack or a radiator.

Please cancel our booking and refund our money

Nothing. We only stayed for 1 hour here after being ask to immediately leave by the property owner when the day was already dark with no place to go.

The property owner replied to my complaint massage by asking us to leave immediately. He/She promised in his reply message to refund our money, but after nearly 2 months already we have yet to receive our money back.

My stay was pleasant. We really enjoyed the breakfast. This area is family friendly.

The location was walking distance to the train station. It was peaceful.

Ce que nous avons aimé : L'endroit, la vue splendide depuis la chambre, l'aménagement de la chambre, la facilité du check-in et check-out.

Petit bémol: Nous avons eu froid les deux soirs, et il n'y avait aucune couette ou couverture extra à disposition. Nous n'avons pas non plus trouvé où régler le chauffage, donc nous avons dormi en pull et pantalon.

Appartement met mooi uitzicht en verouderde faciliteiten

Het appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht en een groot balkon. Daarnaast is het appartement ongeveer op loopafstand van 15 minuten van het centrum. Er is een bushalte om de hoek

Het appartement is verouderd. De stortbak van de WC was kapot. De keuken was erg klein en beperkt. De wifi was erg slecht en traag. Daarnaast hadden we een vooraf gereserveerde en betaalde parkeerplaats maar deze was niet toegewezen aan een parkeerplaats. Daarbij stond de parkeergarage elke dag vol en was er dus niet sprake van een gereserveerde parkeerplaats en moesten we elders parkeren.

Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. TV hat zuerst nicht funktioniert.Das Problem wurde aber umgehend behoben.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Grosszügiges Familienzimmer. Schön Aussicht auf die Bergwelt. Reichhaltiges Frühstück

Csodaszép kilátás, kényelmes szoba

A szoba és az erkély szuper volt, jól felszerelt. Nagyobb szobát kaptunk, mint amit kértünk, így nagyon tágas és kényelmes volt. A kilátás gyönyörű volt, közvetlenül a hegyekre és a falura nézett. Személyzet nincs, okos zárak vannak felszerelve, online bejelentkezés lehetséges, vagy a bejáratnál tableten is megoldható. A parkolás 5 CHF 1 éjszakára, amit szintén online le kell foglalni a rendszám megadásával. Problémamentesen ment mindkettő.

Csatornaszag érződött a konyhapultból.

Top locatie!

De locatie en het uitzicht waren echt geweldig! Simpel verblijf, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Er was geen personeel in het hotel, maar de instructies waren duidelijk. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Wellicht de slappe kussens, maar dat kan persoonlijk zijn.

Basic, verouderd appartement met een leuk uitzicht

Geweldig uitzicht op de bergen Vlotte online check in

basic kamer, keukentje zat verstopt achter kasten en was gewoon erg basic en alles is verouderd. Er stond veel onkruid tussen de terras tegels. Ik vind de kamer te duur voor wat het is.
