A mistake and a disappointment. It looks like a luxury room, but not finished and not properly clean

Location was ok, nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, bakery, supermarket. The apartment had sufficient rooms, with 2 bedrooms and a spare room for a 3rd bed. 2 bathrooms

It was not properly cleaned. The bathrooms are not cleaned. Hair in the drain. Toilet flushed not properly. Owner promised to fix it, but never turned up. Balcony was not cleaned, still a cup with cigarettes of the previous guests . The dining room table was not cleaned. A lot of closets are broken. Bed was broken, chair was broken and covered by a blanket. Only 3 knives in the kitchen, not enough wine glasses.

no invoice, non-responsive hosts

The location was perfect for my purposes. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

The hosts are not reachable by WhatsApp despite mentioning this as their preferred contact method. WhatsApp calls and chats were not answered. In the booking.com chat, the hosts only answer those questions they like ("how to return the key") but not the questions they don't like ("could you please send me an invoice"). No invoice was provided. This is a problem for a business trip, I might end up paying for my trip out of my own pocket, just because the hosts are too lazy for issuing an invoice or don't want to pay their taxes. In the apartment, some door handles were not fixed, a shower door was missing, and various cables were hanging out of walls. Maybe because it was recently renovated.

Big luxury apartment for a short stay

Big new apartment, Spacious living room with good balcony. Good windows and blinds - no bugs, no noise, no sunlight! Clean and fresh.

The apartment needs more equipment in the kitchen. I could not find a proper knife and cutting board, no tea kettle - had to boil water a big pot... Apartment is newly built building and still looks very empty. Furniture is enough, but minimal - empty walls and corners, wires sticking out where lamps will be at some point. The place lacks cosines. The wifi was not strong enough to cover all the apartment. Connectivity is lost in the bedrooms.

Ένα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα ημιτελές.

Είναι ένα μεγάλο άνετο διαμέρισμα αλλά είναι ημιτελές για νά νοικιάζεται. Για Luxury Apartments δεν συζητάμε.

Τά καλώδιο για τά φωτιστικά όλα έξω στο ταβάνι και στους τοίχους. Τά πάντα είναι κακοφτιαγμένα, Από τά χερούλια χερούλια στις πόρτες του μπάνιου, πριζες νά κουνιούνται, ντουζιέρα νά κουνιετε, καπάκια λεκάνης τουαλέτας τό ίδιο. Απορώ όταν γινόταν η ανακαίνιση δεν ελεγχε κανένας τίς εργασίες;. Επίσης κουρτίνες δεν υπήρχαν πουθενά. Ούτε μία καρέκλα στα δωμάτια. Παντού πρόχειρο δουλειά και φτηνά πράγματα. Κρίμα γιατί είναι ένα μεγάλο και ωραίο διαμέρισμα και με λίγη προσοχή και ενδιαφέρον θά γίνει πράγματι Luxury.

Άνετη διαμονή

Το κατάλυμα είναι εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία με ευκολο πάρκινγκ. Έχει μεγάλη κουζίνα και δύο μπάνια και επομένως ιδιαίτερα βολικό για φιλοξενία δύο οικογενειών με παιδιά.

Στα αρνητικά του θα έβαζα ότι αποτελείται από τελείως βασικά στοιχεία, με την έννοια ότι δεν έχουν τοποθετηθεί φωτιστικά οροφής, γάντζοι για τις πετσετες στο μπάνιο κ.α. Χρειάζεται περισσότερη προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια γιατί είναι ένα κατάλυμα που μπορεί να προσφέρει ανέσεις στον φιλοξενούμενο. Η καθαριότητα αρκετά καλή όχι όμως εξαιρετική., θα θελαμε καθαρό μπαλκονι, με τραπεζάκι και καρεκλιτσες (δεν είχε) και καθαρο φουρνο.

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα, ευρύχωρο,καθαρό σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Άνετο παρκινγκ στη περιοχή. Πολύ κοντά σε καταστήματα και εστιατόρια. Η επικοινωνία με τον διαχειριστή ήταν άριστη.

Είναι αρκετό μεγάλο και καινούργιο

Άργησε το check in ενώ ήταν στις 15:00. Το κρεβάτι έγερνε. Δεν υπήρχαν κουρτίνες σε κανένα μέρος του σπιτιού. Δεν υπήρχαν πετσέτες για τα χέρια ούτε χαρτί κουζίνας.

τοποθεσια, ανακαινισμένο πολυ προσφατα. Ανετο για οικογενεια, ικανοποιητικα καθαρο

1.Η ενδοδαπεδια θερμανση στο σαλονι, ΔΕΝ λειτουργουσε 2.το σιφονι του ντους ήταν βουλωμένο ,με αποτελεσμα να αναγκαστω να το καθαρισω εγω ο ιδιος , ωστε να μην πλημμυρισει ολο το wc 3.τα ντουλαπια στην κουζινα ηταν επικινδυνα καθως ειχαν αποκολληθει απο τον τοιχο 4.Το σπιτι ειχε συνολικα 4 τηλεχειριστηρια: 3 για τα aircondition και 1 για την τηλεόραση, αλλα μονο 2 μπαταριες , με αποτελεσμα , να αλλαζουμε μπαταριες για να ενεργοποιησουμε τις συσκευες.5 Λογω προσφατης ανακαινισης , δεν ειχε καμια κουρτινα , ελλειπαν καποια φωτιστικα .οχι οτι δεν ειχε φως, αλλα ειχε παντου καλωδια να κρεμμονται 5.τελος , η διευθυνση που ειχε το booking και την οποια εκανα κλικ , ωστε να μου ανοιξει το google maps, με πηγε σε λαθος μερος ,17 λεπτα μακρια , απο το πραγματικο σημειο

Μη αποδεκτή καθαριοτητα χωρου

Η τοποθεσία είναι άριστη όπως και η δυνατότητα εύρεσης εύκολου parking όλες τις ώρες πλησίον του σπιτιού. Διέξοδος σε κεντρικές οδούς άμεση. Μεγάλοι χώροι κ ευρύχωρα δωμάτια. Παρέχεται κ παιδικη κουνια.

Καθαριοτητα: το σπίτι είναι μεγάλο επομένως θα πρέπει να καθαρίζεται κ επιμελώς για καθε φιλοξενούμενο σε ολες τις πτυχές του. Μπάνια: είδη υγιεινής καθαρά. Τζάμια καθρέφτες εμφανώς θολά ημικαθαρισμενα. Αποχέτευση ντους μικρου μπάνιου: απαράδεκτη. Βουλωμενη με άκρως αργή απορροής σαπουνονερων. Προφανώς έμεινε ακαθαρτη η σχάρα απορροής. Σεντόνια πετσέτες πολύ καθαρά. Πατωμα βρώμικο. Οι Πατούσες του μωρου μαύρες Παντζούρια σίτες βρώμικα.. τα χέρια του μωρου μαύρα όταν τα ακουμπούσε. Προφανώς κ δε γίνεται να καθαρίζονται όλα συνεχεια αλλά όχι κ έτσι..τουλάχιστον το πάτωμα. Κουζίνα πάγκος κ συσκευές Καθαρές αλλά όλα τα amenities ανοιγμένα κ αφημένα σε μια άκρη. Καφεδες αλάτια κλπ..καταψύκτης ειίχε άδεια κουτια κ η συντήρηση ένα μπουκάλι νερού πλαστικό γεμάτο αλλά ανοιγμένο οχι σφραγισμένο. Στις παροχές αναφέρεται κ η παροχή βραστήρα αλλά δεν υπάρχει πουθενά. Επίσης το σφουγγαράκι κουζινας ήταν ήδη χρησιμοποιημενο και το σαπούνι υγρό πιάτων σχεδον αδειο. Αγοράσαμε νέο υγρό κ σφουγγαράκι και χαρτί κουζινας. (Βεβαίως δε γνωρίζω αν αφορούν παροχές αυτά αλλά εφόσον υπήρχαν στο χωρο έπρεπε να είναι προσεγμενα). Πολύ κακή εικόνα στο σαλόνι το χαλι που είναι γεμάτο στάμπες με λαδιες κ λεκέδες γεγονός που μας προξένησε πολύ αρνητική εικόνα με το που μπήκαμε. Υπάρχουν κ μπριζες ξεχαρβαλωμενες κ πόμολα στο μεγάλο μπανιο ευτυχώς όχι σε ύψος που μπορεί να ακουμπήσει ένα μικρό παιδί.

Τέλεια!

Η τοποθεσία καλή, κοντά σε καφέ με πρωινό, σουβλατζιδικο,σουσι. Το Ράδιο ταξί ερχόταν σε 7 λεπτά. Ο οικοδεσπότης πρόθυμος και παντα εκει να βοηθήσει σε οτι ζητήσαμε.

Όλα ήταν μια χαρά.
