Keys were 1.2km from residence and I was unaware of this when booking. Very very awkward for an 80 year old reliant on public transport. This was a particularly bad start to my stay. It could have been prevented if instructions were clear from the get go. Its not acceptable to have self check in keys so far from stay. Carrying bags, stinking hot. No fun at all
