Hostel ONE

Good location. Comfy beds, but pillow not. Dorm size good with good lockers. A spacious hostel. Kitchen good but utilities next to nothing, so cooking and eating in are very difficult. But looks to be good oven and hob. Big fridge but not cold, used as another cupboard place. Bathroom good but shower are very bad, warm but need cleaning. Very clean place. Small towel given only.

Showers need cleaning please as water just running down the wall. Fridge needs to be set to a cold temperature to keep foods fresh please.

Мені трішки заважав шум машин за вікном, але я за це не можу картати хостел. Все було чудово та дуже зручна локація. Але краса адміністратора перекривала позитивом нічний шум від машин

Very good facilities and cleanliness of everything was exceptional.

Very disappointed with the attitude of the duty manager who checked me in. Because of the early checkout time (10 am), I asked about leaving my bag for a few hours the following morning as I wanted to have a good look around the town centre but was refused. When I queried it, I was met with a firm 'no' despite the big reception office. After I checked in, I noticed lockers in the hall and asked again if I could leave it one of them instead and was refused again, point-blank. Also, I never received the text (all in Slovak) with the door code which could have left me locked out if I hadn't arrived at reception with 10 minutes to spare. Strangely, if the door code isn't activated before 24.00 it expires then which could leave you locked out later. Also, watch your head when you do input the code as the lentil above is very low. All-in-all, good facilites but poor customer experience...
