House was cleaned to a high standard and had excellent quality appliances. The broad deck would have offered good indoor/outdoor flow if the southerly wind hadn't been so cold
The steep drive with its tight 90o that had to be backed one way proved a challenge, but wasn't a show stopper.

Newly built house, BBQ, big nice family area, fully equipped kitchen. In a close proximity to beautiful beaches (requires driving)!
There is only one toilet and shower, which can sometimes be challenging to manage for a family. Additionally, there is no ducted AC (only a unit in the living area), which could be difficult during colder times. The driveway is narrow and challenging to access, requiring a maneuver around it. Reversing is especially difficult, so at one point, we decided to leave the car at the start of the driveway.
