Location was good, on sea front and parking space on drive was much appreciated The host was pleasant and helpful in sorting out a minor issue Everything was beautifully clean and new We liked having access to enclosed outside area

The advertisement stated ‘the whole property is yours’ which was not actually true as the hosts lived upstairs Whilst the property was plenty big enough for the 3 of us, it was disappointing not to have the balcony We could not actually see the sea as we were on the ground floor and there was a high sea wall We felt the kitchen could have been better equipped, as we lacked such utensils as a colendar, serving spoons and a grater

It was very comfortable & the garden/yard was a big help with having a dog. Light & airy. Clean & tidy. Excellent facilities

Location was amazing even though due to the storm defences, there was no sea view

Toilet and hand basin too big for the room and old fashioned. The shower grout needed cleaning or replacing. The shower was scalding hot and my elderly father couldn’t turn the on/off easily. I had to turn the boiler temperature down a lot as he nearly had burns Oven control worn off No welcome pack despite paying over double than I paid for a beautiful apartment the previous weekend in Somerset

The apartment is in a good location, 20 minutes walk to the main beach in Rhos On Sea, 10 minutes walk to a lovely café (The Beach) in Penrhyn Bay. We had arrived in Rhos On Sea about 2 pm and when we contacted the owners to see if we could park on the drive while exploring the town we were told we were welcome to do so and also enter the apartment early as it happened to be ready early which we very much appreciated. The apartment was nice and clean and we found everything we needed during our stay.

Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from squeaky floorboards and staircase from the upstairs apartment right above the smaller bedroom, which resulted in our daughter being woken up late at night and in the early morning so she had to share our bedroom. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay, thanks.
