Papa Cabin Tiny Log Home Comfort In Rustic Bliss

The location was very close to the sights we wanted to see and the setting was very pretty. The cabin had everything we needed for the stay and was very clean and well kept. It was very easy checking in and out which I liked.

The problem I had with the stay was keeping the upstairs loft of the cabin cool. It would be freezing cold downstairs and barely cool enough upstairs. There was a fan up on the loft and it helped a little if you aimed it up against the railing to pull some of the cool air up. It was also very humid. They had dehumidifiers that we would have to empty at least twice a day. Also the steps going up to the loft were very very steep and there was very little ceiling clearance. If you weren't careful you would bump your head on a beam if you sat up in your bed and climbing up on the loft too. It's fine for children but we had 2 adults and 1 child so 1 adult had to sleep upstairs. So keep that in mind when choosing this cabin. Also there is no tv service so if you want to watch a TV you have to log into your own services. If you do that make sure you delete it before you leave. With the price you pay you would think you'd get some type of tv service.

The cabin was perfect! We had a wonderful stay, only regret was that we didn’t book it for longer!

Loved the hot tub and BBQ was nice to cook a meal after eating out so many days in a row! All the beds were so comfortable.
