Initially we needed to contact the office when we arrived for some questions/help and it was easy to get in touch with someone and they were kind and helpful. It provided all materials that were needed during our stay. Ex. Stocked kitchen with dishes/pans/silverware. We took advantage of the firewood that was put out to buy on the property for convenience.
The floors were terribly dirty. We had to go out and buy extra socks just so we can wear them and throw them away. The toilet seat was hanging on by a thread when we got there (we had to tighten it back on). The staircase handle to go to the attic was really wobbly and was unsafe to use. There was also confetti in the front yard/side of the house so someone previously obviously had a party. It would be nice if they were able to upgrade the cooking pans once in awhile as they seem to be well loved across all the guest’s stays.

They thought of everything. Wonderful location and as a group of Brits it was like stepping into a film. Set . Amazing place.
