Wonderful property

Lovely house, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Beautifully decorated, gorgeous bathroom and extremely well fitted kitchen. Everything was provided, lovely soft towels. Great location, we enjoyed walking by the canal and so close to the centre of Hebden Bridge. We found parking ok and we were able to park virtually outside the property every day, it takes a little bit of manoeuvring if you have a bigger vehicle, as the road is quite narrow, but worth it to be so close to everything. All in all a brilliant place to stay.

A nice property near to the canal . A lovely walk into the town via the canal bank. Lovely bedrooms. A nice stay for a first time in Hebden Bridge.

Usually when we have stayed in a property nice touches have been made like biscuits and milk. There was very little by way welcoming you into the property. Also the recycling was not very clear at all and it was very overloaded. I could not see a tall black bin either for normal everyday rubbish. One more thing there was just one toilet roll in each bathroom but they had already been used so were not a full roll. Parking can be hit and miss. We had a small car so we’re lucky. You may struggle with a large car as once you are in the street you have to reverse out again.

Perfect Hebden Bridge location.

Great location, close enough to walk into Hebden Bridge but far enough away to be able to park our car easily enough. The house is very well appointed and nicely furnished. All instructions were very clear and easily understood. Good Wi-Fi, heating was easy and responsive, bathroom large and very clean, upstairs bedroom had added bonus of a small loo and washbasin. Everything was very pleasant and exceeded our expectations.

Nothing to not like, however for anyone with mobility issues the stairs to the upstairs bedroom may be a little steep.

Wouldn’t return to hebden bridge.

The property looked freshly renovated, was very clean in a quiet area. There was everything we needed for a couple of days.

Although the area was quiet it wasn’t the most pleasing on the eye especially the back of the property. Inside there’s a small step up into the kitchen which could do with highlighting in your information and maybe something more noticeable than the silver door strip against grey flooring,the bed on the first floor is very creaky think it’s the metal frame. A lock on the bathroom door? And although there is parking on the street we were blocked in on the Sunday morning we tried for 15 mins in the rain to get out but in the end had to knock on a neighbour’s door didn’t think she was going to drop her car down at first, but after a rant about the letting agents she finally moved it and we could reverse down the street.(too narrow to be able to turn in rd).

Great find , would definitely stay again when visiting HebdenBridge .

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend including a fan which was extremely welcome on the hottest day of the year . It was in a great location being just a short walk into Hebden Bridge centre . Rachel was very responsive when we couldn’t find the bedding for the sofa bed and sent someone to help within 10 minutes . Amazing service and it was obvious that Rachel was keen for everything to be just right for our stay .

Absolutely lovely stay and would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Pleasantly surprised at how spacious this house was. Beautifully presented throughout all the rooms with an especially great bathroom. Facilities were spot on and location was straight off from the canal walk and 10 mins into Hebden Bridge.

All good but I do like to sit outside in good weather. Might be worth making more of the area at the back or even a bench at the front. Other houses around have done this.

The small yard at the rear of the property was not enclosed as the gate was missing. This was a pain when putting the dog out last thing at night.

Hebden Bridge lovely place to stay

Easy walk into Hebden Bridge. Property finished nicely - minimalist- modern , clean vibe. Nice large bathroom with both bath and separate shower cubicle. Kitchen with kitchen table for 4. On street parking was available.

Despite being finished v nicely , the property didn’t feel cosy - we visited in December and so that was important. The stairs are narrow and steep - there is a handrail but it isn’t suitable for anyone with mobility issues. This may sound picky but the kitchen equipment needs looking at - there is the bare minimum and some needs replacing. There was no tea towel and only 3 dishwasher tablets for a 4 night stay. I appreciate guests may eat out some of the time but then it seems incongruous to have a large fridge freezer.The house information needs updating eg said the property had a gas hob - it doesn’t. A folder with some local information would be helpful but not essential for us.

A spotless, modern and incredibly warm and welcoming home in a great location.

The house was in an excellent location; it was very easy to walk into town. Easy to park the car nearby. Everywhere was absolutely spotless. Our bed was incredibly comfy. We really liked all the little touches e.g. blanket in the lounge, tea and coffee in the kitchen, body wash in the bathroom. The decor was gorgeous and we felt very at home. We had to contact the host due to flood warnings in the area and she was really friendly and helpful.

The house could maybe do with another chair or bigger sofa in the lounge as there wouldn't be enough space for more than 4 people to sit. A lock on the bathroom door.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Excellent contact with owners.

More instructions were needed for the older visitors. Had not dealt with smart tv, hive heating or modern cooker before. Would have liked tea towel and hand towel for kitchen. There was no Hob-brite or paper towels which was mentioned to have been supplied.
