It was located right on the beach. The guy that was over the rental was great and went above and beyond for us.
The staff that worked the front desk and the security staff aside from the security station out front. The room hadn’t been dusted in weeks and kept me sneezing and coughing.

Fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. Very clean room with all the kitchen appliances you would need (blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). Very well maintained apartment where the owner provides all the comforts of home such as plenty of linens, hair dryer, Roku TV, stereo, washer & dryer in-room...and the list goes on and on. All around fantastic place to stay at PCB.

I was traveling alone, 17 hours to be exact due to a family emergency. Circumstances leading up to my stay and the reason for my stay were not something I want to relive. However, the condo stay was amazing. It was exceptionally clean. Bradley, the owner, was wonderful. Easy to talk to, very accommodating, personable, hospitable, reassuring, and understanding. My stay was not a vacation or a getaway. It wasn't under the best of circumstances. However, I feel very blessed that I was able to not only get a peaceful, beautiful, clean place to stay. But to have someone like Bradley to rent from was a blessing. .. THANK YOU, BRADLEY.!!!
