Lovely house
We loved the house and the location was great for park run and walking to Chester. Hosts were communicative and helpful rooms were all clean and tidy and great for what we needed for the weekend. Morrisons is really close by for shopping.
Just missing those little extra touches that some houses we have stayed in have had like a little welcome pack with a bottle of wine and some tea and biscuits. Also the cutlery was tricky to find but that could just be us and we prefer firmer pilllows but again thats preference.

Comfortable, stunning accommodation in a great location.
Location was excellent. House was beautiful and even better than the photos.
We could have done with a cafetière and there was nowhere to plug in the toaster except on the floor. Curtains or blinds on the main window would be good too.

Disappointed
Location was excellent.
Poor quality towels, leg missing off the sofa, melted hairdryer, insufficient comfortable seating for 6 adults, unsteady bed. Some of our concerns were addressed promptly.

Great location for a stay in Chester
Property was in a good location for getting into the centre and the zoo and a metro station just a 7 minute walk away great for a trip into Liverpool. The property was spacious for our family of 4 although the downstairs may have felt a bit cramped if 8 people were in. Plenty of bathrooms with good showers and a lovely big bath. The videos on how to use all the appliances was helpful.
The kitchen facilities need checking and updating there was an overkill on chopping boards but only 1 tiny frying pan big enough for only 2 eggs no good if there was 8 people staying as wasn’t big enough for 4 of us, a lid for a casserole dish but no dish to go with it, and the toaster was in a cupboard which you can’t get your toast in and no plugs on the tops to plug it in. There were a few cleanliness issues which I raised when staying. The property would benefit from some outdoor seating and an airer to be able to dry clothes that can’t go in a tumble drier (I know these aren’t advertised as being included but would be beneficial especially when visiting when warm it was a shame to not be able to sit in the outdoor space)

Lively stay with family, great space, clean and comfortable.
Beautiful house, well maintained and very comfortable.
The only things we could have done with are more oven dishes. We asked about the electric car charging port but it wasn’t available. I’m sure people would gladly pay for the usage of this, we certainly would of.
