Downtown getaway apartments by Prime Rentals I

This property is so central to everything in Kaunas. It’s quite spacious and is stocked with everything you need. The beds are really comfortable and is just excellent.

To access the property it is quite hard. The pictures offered of it are technically right as our apartment did face out onto the street but the entrance is so hidden. Personally, without a workers help I would have never found it on my own so i recommend that the pictures are updated so people can find it at ease. The toilet seat was cracked so that needs to be changed but otherwise it’s a great apartment.

Good location, clean, modern, two separate bedrooms, air conditioning, private parking

No openable windows, toilet seat was split (hazardous because of the sharp plastic edge), kitchen had cups and plates but no cutlery, new towels needed, they were losing a lot of lint pieces when being used.

Really spacious, good air con, very modern. Amazing location. I used it for having surgery at Nords. There are stairs to the first floor but they are nice and shallow. 5 mins around the corner to the Akropolis centre for groceries and restaurants. 10-15 mins walk to the Main Street with more cafes and restaurants.

Pillows on the bed are not great and they couldn’t provide more so we bought some from the shopping centre. More important because I had surgery during my stay. It could do with some more kitchen items like a smaller saucepan and frying pan and a toaster. The shower needs a really good scrub and some drain unblocker pouring down it.

Comfortable apartment layout, parking available. However, the owner's attitude was poor.

A careless attitude towards customers. The kitchen lacked basic items for food preparation—there was no salt, sugar, tea, or coffee. There was only one dish towel, which was insufficient for two people to keep the kitchen clean. The toilet seat lid was broken. During our stay, there was no water available for 12 hours. The apartment owner did not inform us about this issue. Our ability to relax was limited, yet the owner avoided communication and showed no interest in the difficulties we faced. There was complete indifference on the part of the owners.
