Great position and great views. Clean, tidy and spacious.

Check in at 1700 is ridiculous, especially in the winter. This was the Christmas market weekend and trying to get in was nigh on impossible due to it starting at 1700. Leaving by 1000 is also rather early. Timings should be 1500 and 1100. After all, we have paid a lot of money for the place and travelled up to 6 hours to get there.
