Awful. Never again.

The only thing good is the location for the children. Close to the venue, skate park, outdoor areas and activities. Everything is walking distance. Unfortunately these and the restaurant were closed

The caravan had slashes all around the doors, the boiler wasn’t working. No hot water or heating and it was very cold. We had to go to bed early as we live two hours away and couldn’t be in the lounge due to it being so cold. When I got through, no refund offered me a half price stay. We do not want to come back. It was very bad. I tried to make a tea, the milk was mouldy. Curdled the drink so I went to wash it up, the Fairy liquid is watered down.

Our stay was amazing, full of fun activities and the caravan cosy, comfortable. 10 out of 10.

The caravan was clean and tidy and had all the things we needed to feel at home. the host sent links to directions to locate the caravan so it was easy to find. Customer service was excellent.

Charged for things out of our control, beware of their own £300 deposit in the terms and conditions

The property was nice, owners not so nice AVOID!

Travelled as a young couple with baby, Had to pay a £300 deposit outside of booking.com and then owners charged us for umbrella blowing away in strong winds, broken garden chair and safety child lock which just unclipped and clipped back on, sent us a picture of screws saying they were from the safety clip when they weren’t, they were from the back of our daughter’s toy that we brought from the venue! After originally saying their problem was the umbrella that had blown away we then got a list of other things- a child safety clip, a broken chair and we left the caravan in a mess! That isn’t true we tidied, bagged up rubbish, washed up and my partner even hoovered. Nothing was damaged when we left owners clearly pulling a fast one with their cheap tat that obviously got damaged in the high winds we had! The guy turned up DURING our stay to cut the grass which we found very intrusive, we had no warning or message to say he would be coming just a guy turn up and start doing the garden! This kind of thing should be done before guests check in! After submitting to booking.com that we didn’t agree with the charges we received numerous texts and phone calls, in the end we had to threaten to report them for harassment as it was all hours of the day and night!

Wonderful base for a busy weekend

We loved staying here - the caravan was so clean & there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. First time in a caravan with a king size bed! Great location for our trip to Silverstone which only took us 30 minutes to get to.

Not a lot to be fair! The beds were slightly uncomfortable for our liking but everyone is different.

Great management and great atmosphere

Great communication , nice clean accommodation. Lovely welcome drinks and snacks, as well great help refreshing when little one was ill overnight. Has a FULL SIZE bath 😃 We went out of season so can't comment on the site much but looks great once open.

There is some road noise but be less noticeable once site is busier.
