I did not stay and left after seeing the haunted place. I do not recommend anyone to book this place

A haunted place covered in forest with no one around. Really bad. I entered in and left without staying after seeing the horrifying place. It was all dark and there was not a single person in the whole old building. I complain this to Booking.com and do not recommend anyone to book this property.

I would love to come back to Basel in the future to truly enjoy my stay and get some rest, but I will not return to this

I liked the natural surroundings of the property

During my four-night stay I received only one towel set, no one came to empty the trash or check the room, and the reception was often closed. The balcony door did not close properly, which felt unsafe, the refrigerator was broken and smelled bad, and the room was very uncomfortable with no air conditioning in 30+ °C. Overall, the conditions did not allow me to rest or enjoy my stay, and the price did not match the quality. The only positive aspect for me was the nature around the property.

Alejado.Poca wifi,no TV,no cobertura para pagar con tarjeta taxi,poca iluminacion entrada. Ruidos en planta superior (vivienda particular). Recepción deberia informar sobre transporte y posibilidad de desayunos.Cojines blandos.

Gut für 1 Nacht

-Das Personal war ganz nett, war fur den ESC da und am Ende kamen wir ins Gespräch. Man sieht dass es sich für einen interessiert und fühlt sich wohl an. -Die Lage ist wunderschön, wenn man einfach nur entspannen will ist es super schon alleine um die Herberge.

- Schlaf: Ich war nur da zum Schlafen und sogar das war nicht möglich. Die Jalousien oder wie man das auch nennt um die Fenster zu bedecken waren durchsichtig und so weckte mich die Sonne schon ganz früh, ich konnte nur minimal schlafen weil ich micht todmüde gewandert und gefeiert habe. - Zimmerlage: Auch war ich ausgerechnet in dem Zimmer wo draussen direkt, wirklich direkt vor meiner Tür die Toilette für jeden auf dem Stock war, also auch fur mich. Der Lärm von der Toilette war lang und oft auch noch ganz früh oder spät (3.00 Uhr, 5.00 Uhr,..) wie mam das nennen will. Der Raum der Putzfrau war auch direkt vor meiner Tür. - Austattung: Ich bin das nicht gewöhnt keine Toilette und keine Dusche im Raum zu haben, dazu noch nur 1-2 Stecker und kein Fernseher, es fühlte sich ganz religiös an, jedoch nicht im guten Sinne 😅 Der Preis war auch der teuerste von all den Hotels wo ich war, was schade ist wenn es so ist. Aber vielleicht ist es auch so gedacht dass man nur fur 1 Nacht dableiben soll und kein Schlaf erwarten soll. Es klingt hart aber bin ein Mensch von Ehrlichkeit und hat ja auch seine schönen Seiten.

Ich war rundum sehr zufrieden und werde sicher wieder kommen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war hervorragend - ruhig, Natur pur und wunderbarer Ausblick. Ich war meistens mit dem Velo, das ich im Breakfast Hotel Chrischona Berg ausgeliehen habe, zur City unterwegs.

Bezahlbare Unterkunft inmitten von Natur

Wnderbar gelegen, ganz oben auf dem Berg mit sehr viel Natur. Basel ist problemlos mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war superklasse. Wer Basel besuchen möchte und eine bezahlbare Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das war richtig toll!

Décevant !

Très bel endroit avec un beau jardin sur les hauteurs.

Petit-déjeuner cher pour ce que nous avons eu ! Réception fermée à notre arrivée (17h30). Mobilier dans la chambre très simple et salle de bain et toilette dans le couloir ! Déçus par rapport au prix que nous avons payé !
