Villa Valencan
If you are looking for a charming villa that combines traditional Istrian style with all the comforts of modern living, then Villa Valencan is just the right choice for you. The single-storey villa is only 700 meters away from the first beach.
It can accommodate up to eight people and has three comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms, a bright and spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. From the living room you can access the beautiful terrace in the garden, where you are sure to spend many pleasant hours. In the outdoor area of the villa there is also a 24 square meter pool, which can be heated on request. Additional luxury is provided by a modern sauna and a jacuzzi, which are also located in the outdoor area of the villa.
But that's not all! A table tennis table, which is located in the spacious garden, will ensure that boredom is a thing of the past. There is also a small playground for children. Villa Valencan is air-conditioned, has WLAN Internet access and a private parking space. In short, the villa offers everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.
The villa is located in a small tourist settlement in Barbariga, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula, halfway between Rovinj and Pula. Surrounded by olive groves and untouched nature. The small, hidden natural beaches, washed by the clear water, provide a feeling of freedom, privacy and intimacy. You can swim in the sea or go on excursions to explore the surrounding area. Picnics in the surrounding Istrian villages and cruises on the sea are on offer. The world-famous Brijuni National Park, part of the UNESCO World Heritage, is definitely worth a visit. If you love nature, Barbariga is the ideal vacation spot for you.
