Perfect Stay

The property was great inside and out. The home was clean and so comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The AC units worked in each bedroom really well. Ivan was so kind and thoughtful, the best host we have experienced! The kids loved the pool. The area was very peaceful but close enough to explore the neighboring towns. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Peroj ist der perfekte Ort, wenn man es nicht so sehr touristisch mag. Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt vier Kindern und zwei Hunden und es war perfekt für uns. Das Haus ist super. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Da der große Pool im Mai noch etwas frisch war, war der Whirlpool auf dem Dach genau richtig. Auch die Kids vermissen ihn. Der Weg zum Strand dauert nicht mal fünf Minuten zu Fuß und dort startet auch direkt eine Weg am Meer, der zum spazieren gehen und Fahrrad fahren einlädt. Auch super für die Kids. So kommt man auch entspannt zum nächsten Ort Fasana, der deutlich touristischer ist. Der nächste Sandstrand war für uns in Medulin mit dem Auto 30min entfernt. Und als I-Tüpfelchen obendrauf wurden wir vom Vermieter mit süßen und trinkbaren Leckereien empfangen. Auch das Babybett wurde gestellt und war tiptop. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ugodno!

Kuca je prostrana, s dobro opremljenom kuhinjom, velikim terasama i prostorima za sjedenje. Cetiri spavace sobe su super s udobnim madracima, a dvije imaju tus kabinu u sobi sto smanjuje problem male kupaonice na katu. Bazen cist, steta sto nije grijan pa se mi unatoc toplom vremenu nismo mogli kupati. Veliko dvoriste sa visokom ogradom pruza nesmetan odmor bez puno pogleda. Plaza je na 5 min hoda cestom sto je u Peroju s pravim labirintom ulica i uličica prava sreca.

Jako mi je zao ovo pisati jer kuca ima stvarno potencijala no cistoca kuce nije bila na razini na kakvoj se ocekuje od takve kuce. Imali smo dojam da kucu nije nitko spremao mjesecima, podovi su bili prljavi i prašnjavi, ispod kreveta, bilje da nismo gledali. Garnitura i jastuci na njoj su bili prljavi, puni fleka kao i jastuci na stolicama na terasi. Kuhinja i sve u njoj je na svu srecu bilo u dobrom stanju. Uglavnom, kuci je trebalo dva sata ciscenja da ju dovedu u super stanje ali to nitko nije ucinio. Tako da smo mi imali veliko spremanje ne bi li se osjećali ugodno u kuci. No nismo se zalili vlasniku. I na kraju, gornja terasa s jacuzziem je bila u katastrofalnom stanju, a voda u jacuzziu uzas. Mutna i puna smeca. Zvali smo gazdu da promijeni vodu ( nikakve kemikalije je ne bi mogle srediti ). Dosao je u roku pola sata, rekao je da ce sve srediti i kada smo se navece vratili, nije ucinio bas NISTA!! I bez rijeci opravdano, isprike kao da smo ludi i naivni. Mozda je dodao samo jos vise klora kojega je ionako bilo previse. i bas zbog toga pisem ovu dugacku lošu recenziju jer se tako ne mogu docekati gosti koji su mjesec dana ranije uredno platili svoj boravak i veselili se boravku u lijepoj kuci, kakva ona u biti i je no s nedovoljno brige vlasnika.
