My daughter had a dance competition at the local high school. We had never stayed in the area and were surprised by how easy it was to go everywhere we needed to go. Everything was between five and eight minutes away. The host was willing to help with anything we needed. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The patio was quaint and private. And the area seemed very safe.

Everything! Beautiful place, the host was attentive, helpful, and friendly. The unit was great! Private, clean, a beautiful porch and garden area! I was impressed with the amenities and everything with this tiny house.
Nothing. Not a damn thing. It is prime location for both east coast beaches and theme parks. Neverminding the vibrant local culture. It is a beautiful place, in a quiet, safe place.
