Quiet 2 bedroom Suite, close to Advent Health Hospitals and downtown Orlando

We are NEW to VRBO, but we are Super Hosts in AirBnb. Close to Advent Health Hospital in Altamonte Springs. This 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and 1 living room with kitchenette is a cozy well distributed space to relax in a very quiet neighborhood. The Centrally located Suite in Altamonte was recently renovated with independent entrance and no sharing areas. The bedrooms have white linens and feature a KING bed in the main bedroom with a TV and a desk, and a QUEEN bed in the second bedroom with furniture to place the luggage and hang the clothes. We could add a twin bed in bedroom 2 when children are coming only per guest's request. The bathroom includes a custom-made makeup desk which has a flat iron and hair dryer for added convenience, There is also a dual rain shower head in a bathtub. The living area has a comfortable sofa, a 60" TV with Amazon stick, and a nice fully equipped kitchenette. Remember to bring your Amazon account to use the 3 televisions of the Suite. In the kitchenette we leave some spices, coffee and water as a courtesy to our guests. The tranquil living space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or assisting to conferences, training, concerts or the family gathering. The Suite 1 is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Here Guests enjoy a quiet comfortable environment with heating or cold AC to suit any season. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, this delightful home provides a welcoming base. We try our best keeping everything extra clean so you can enjoy your stay !
Note: We are experienced Super Hosts with more than 15 reviews all in 5 stars on another platform, but we are new in VRBO. We really want you to stay at our Suite and have a relaxing fantastic time. Also, please add a photo to your profile so we can make sure it is really you and not someone else using your account because only the Main Guest can check in, and only registered guests can stay at the Suite, Max 4 people at all times. And please be aware that there is a lamp with a camera outside of the property for security purposes.
Now let us tell you what you can find around. Let us tell you that the Suite 1 is located 25 minutes away from Universal studios Theme parks and about 35 minutes from the Disney Theme parks taking the I-4 Expressway which is close by. If you would like to go to the Floridian beaches the Suite 1 has the best location. It is only 48 minutes to Daytona beach, 1 hr. far from New Smyrna beach, 1 hour to Ormond beach taking I-4, or, if you want to go southeast Cabo Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Playa Linda are also about an hour far. Going West is Tampa located one and a half or almost two hours far, and there you can find stunning beaches and the Busch Gardens theme park. There are other natural stunning parks that you can visit that are close by, such as Wekiwa Springs State Park, only 16 minutes far, or Blue Spring State Park at only half an hour distance. There is also a beautiful natural park in Ormond beach, or you can watch some historic places like the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument in Saint Agustin which is one and a half hours far. There is so much to do and discover in Central Florida and the Suite 1 is the most centrally located. Also, the best part is that this very residential area is also close by to cultural events like the stunning Dr Phillips center for the Performing Arts located only 15 minutes away, or the Orlando Science center barely 12 minutes far. If the plan is to go shopping well, there is no better place than our location because the Altamonte Mall with its 139 stores is barely ten minutes far. The Winter Park shopping commercial area is 15 minutes far. The Mall of Millennia and the outlets are 20 minutes far. The Florida mall is 30 minutes away. Just to mention we have 6 stores from Ross around, the farthest is 20 minutes far, and there are lots of smaller stores around including Dollar stores and even Thrift stores.
So yes, the Suite 1 is very centrally located but like in an oasis with calm and a quiet neighborhood, waiting for you to have a great experience in Central Florida.
