Most things that we needed for 1 night was there. When contacting the host they were very responsive and able to accommodate an extra two people after booking, making us a party of 6 for a small additional fee.
There isn't a living room area. If you have a party of 4 you can sit at the kitchen table but anything more than that and you are split between bedrooms. The unit was quite warm when we arrived but we quickly set the two ac units in the two bedrooms and it cooled down quite quickly.

Renovated old house, with slant floors :). Perfectly situated, in a quiet street, directly connected to Clifton Hills with 3-4 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk via walk/bike path, or along the Niagara River to the Falls. It has all modern amenities and a dedicated parking spot in front of the doors. Instructions were very clear. Owners were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. This all contributed to memorable experience at Niagara Falls for my family.

I would say possibly leaving some cleaning items like cloths and sanitizer in both bathroom and kitchen.

The person in charge of co-ordinating the trip. If there is maintenance required, he becomes rude, blames it on you and say to pay it.
