Great location and fantastic staff - all very helpful. 24 hour tea in the Reception area and also a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Good breakfast buffet. We had a small problem with our shower and it was immediately fixed. Next time in Cusco I will book to stay here again !

Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento fue la amabilidad del personal. Siempre estuvieron atentos, presentes e interesados en conocer y atender nuestras necesidades. La habitación estaba impecable, no faltaba nada. La cama era maravillosa, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente y mantenía el ambiente muy cálido, incluso llegando a sentir calor. Además, la ducha contaba con excelente agua caliente. La ubicación es excepcional, en una zona muy segura y cómoda para desplazarse. Un detalle que valoramos mucho fue que, cuando teníamos excursiones muy temprano, nos preparaban el desayuno con anticipación para que pudiéramos salir a tiempo. Gracias por tanta dedicación y hospitalidad. Sin duda volveremos pronto.
