Świetna lokalizacja, dobrze wyposażone i komfortowe mieszkanie. Piękny widok z balkonu.
Niepraktyczne rozwiązanie z prysznicem ale można się przyzwyczaić.

Super lokalizacja, na wielki plus miejsce dla samochodu w podziemnym parkingu. Przez to że budynek jest na wzniesieniu a mieszkanie jest na trzecim piętrze (z windą) widok jest rewelacyjny. Mieszkanie czysciutkie, świetnie wyposażone. Opis nie odbiega od rzeczywistości.

Dobre wyposażenie, wszystko pod ręką - tam gdzie się oczekuje. Duży stół. Wygodne, szerokie łóżko z materacem o optymalnej twardości. Wygodne miejsce garażowe blisko windy. Panele lamele na ścianach tworzą dobry komfort akustyczny pomieszczeń. Fajny widok. Niektórzy narzekają, że wysokie podejście do budynku … no ale jakie ma być jak jesteśmy w górach? Nie ma widoków bez odrobiny wysiłku 😉
Jedyna moim zdaniem wada to brak dostępu do łóżka dla osoby leżącej od strony ściany. Pokój jest dość wąski a szerokość materaca 180. Ja wolałbym materac 160 i dostęp z boku (on niby jest ale za wąski) To jedyny mankament. Może sugerowałbym jeszcze jakąś lampę stojącą z ciepłym światłem w sypialni.

Bardzo dobre miejsce na wypad weekendowy. Cisza, spokój i blisko do centrum. Wielki plus za miejsce w garażu podziemnym. Uwaga, dla osób z wózkami dziecięcymi , jest bardzo strome podejście do budynku, więc wjechanie na górę stanowi niezłe cardio, ale za to widok jest bardzo ładny. ;)
