Słabe materiały wykończeniowe, widoczne ślady zużycia. Trzeba dodatkowo prosić w ochronie o udostępnienie garażu, mogłoby to być w standardzie, szczególnie w zimie. Słaby poziom sprzątania, okruchy na dywanie, śmieci pod kanapą.

Otoczenie ciche i spokojne, teren zamykany z prywatnym miejscem w hali garażowej, dostęp do narciarni. Mieszkanie na wyższym parterze, łóżko wygodne, niestety pościel sztuczna, kanapa w salonie rozkładana, twarda, w naszym odczuciu średnio wygodna do spania. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa na narty, mieszkanie ciepłe z dostępem do windy. Mało szklanek i zastawa każda z innego kompletu ale dużo wieszaków, toster, ekspres przelewowy, duża lodówka. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa- rozwiązywanie problemów na bieżąco.
Mieszkanie dobre ale wymagające już lekkiego odświeżenia, sztuczna pościel, brak ścierek w kuchni, po jednym ręczniku na osobę, brak ręczników do rąk.
