Close to the beach. Comfortable accommodation with everything I needed. Dog friendly. Convenient close to amenities.

Plenty of room for the 5 of us and it was just across the road from the beach
The windows needed maintenance. We couldn’t open most of them.

Spacious, good views, comfortable , well equipped. Great to be so close to the beach.
Too far from the town. Needed a clean around the windows. Cockroach on the couch.

Location is very good and the property has a lot of 'potential' for this reason.
The property appears clean on the surface only; look closer and it requires a lot of maintenance; the carpet is moth eaten, the screens are very dirty and the door and window tracks have not been cleaned for a long time. It needs intensive cleaning - inside and out. There is a lot of mould outside and there has been no cleaning done outside; the garden was overgrown and had not been weeded or pruned. Therefore it was not pleasant to be outside for any length of time.
