Especially the service provided, the staffs were attentive and welcoming . The amenities provided actually made it quite comfortable due to the accessibility of things that might not look as important but still may cannot go without.

We stayed for 10 days in this hotel. Our room (family duplex) was very spacious with a balcony and a beautiful view over the valley. The beds are one of the best beds we ever had. 4 bottles of water every day was a treat. Large bathroom. Only the toilet seat was too high. The food in the restaurant was mediocre and breakfast was quite poor with little options and mostly cold.

The team at Summit Grand Gangtok made us feel truly welcomed. Rooms were modern and clean, and the food had a great mix of variety and taste. Will surely return.
