Location, clean, pool, equipment, beach towels, a lot of Italian bars and restaurants nearby.

A few missing kitchen staff, a missing air conditioner could be a problem during the hot days, but for us a fan was enough.

Very clean, the apartment was recently renovated, so the furniture and all the stuff were in good condition. Large bedroom with a comfortable bed. All the appliances (except for the WiFi) were functioning properly. A nice and cozy balcony with a seaside view. Quiet neighborhood, a lot of restaurants, but significantly less crowded than the more popular and tourist-oriented resorts.

No internet connection throughout the whole stay (maybe it was a temporary issue, but the internet provider was not able to fix it for the whole week). No GSM signal inside the apartment at all (I believe it's a common issue in the whole building since we noticed a lot of people going outside their apartments to make calls). The kitchen was small without any storage for food. Just one entrance to the whole building/complex, and the apartment is on the very end, so you have to walk through the whole corridor to reach the apartment (which can be annoying when you park just next to the apartment door, but since there is no entrance there, you have to walk for a couple of minutes to get there).

Местоположение рядом с океаном, на территории апартаментов есть бассейн. Также, для тех, кто планировал сыграть в гольф, есть большой набор клюшек. Есть разные кофейные аппараты, специи и всё необходимое для готовки.

Напротив окон проезжают время от времени разные авто и это нормально, но на самой дороге есть крышка/решётка для стока воды. И когда машина проезжает по ней, то крышка громко стучит. Это независимая штука от апартаментов, просто во время сна становится дискомфортно и просыпаешься (если у вас чуткий сон)
