Brooks Beach Vacations Cottage G5 Oceanside

Great location: - walking distance to some restaurants, pier and two beaches (Oceanside and Harbor). - Nice quiet area, little farther away from a pool where kids play. - Overall clean apartment; - Reserved parking, so if you coming back later in the day you don’t have to look for parking spot. - Laundry room in the area. - Big pool and several options for entertainment like mini golf and other; - Helpful staff in the security office.

This property needs some upgrades: - AC only in one room and not powerful enough to keep temperature down in whole apartment. This summer is quite hot in July and we had slightly different experience than last year. - Kitchen needs more utensils, and some needs to be changed to new ones; - Cleaning crew needs to give more attention to moping floors…. Sorry…. Otherwise was clean in general. - This year there’s many mosquitoes, it’s not their fault though, just whoever will read it, bring something to keep mosquitoes away if you want to sit outside on the patio. ….. this is just to bring attention to the owners about opportunities for improvement, not complaining:)))

Location perfect, 15 minutes from town, 8 minutes to the beach, very spacious, well equipped home. Secure car park, a real gem. Garden was a bonus.

Very nice property, comfortable mattress, clean room, nice kitchen, plenty of clean towels, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Close proximity to beach. Love this place:)

Little confusing at first where to park, but we figured that out. Nothing else:)
