Location was great. On a bus route, near the ferry, dog friendly, near a fabulous pub. Lovely cottage, heating very efficient. ( A how it all works, file would have been helpful).. We did have an amazing holiday, and love the Isle of Wight, so friendly. Thank you
Would have liked a welcome pack...fresh milk, scones or cake?
Better signage to the cottage would have saved us 30 minutes, no house name visible on the main road or at the destination.

location quiet peaceful
shared bathroom, with no shower , the bath was very deep for some people . would suggest a separate shower .

What an amazing retreat - it is so peaceful and a real gem!
Sadly the property was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, with some basic items missing and after highlighting this to the owners and management team through photos and videos, they were able to rectify the issues immediately. Excellent correspondence from Austin.

Superb location. Lovely old "quirky" cottage with a pleasant garden. Comfortable bed. Lovely wooden and stone floors
The interior and the furniture are very tired. It needs a complete redecoration / revamp and it wasn't very clean. Unpleasant smell in tv room and back bedroom. With attention to these matters it would be fantastic. It is currently a bit disappointing and that's a shame given that it's such a great place.
