Villa Cavaco

Own pool and in quiet area.

Pool did need a clean when we arrived - but agents jumped on this as soon as we alerted them.

Spacious property with nice garden/ pool area. Great location! Reasonably well equipped although literally nothing in cupboards apart from extra bin bags, sponge and washing up liquid! We were provided with pool towels and clean towels half way through which was nice. Every room had lots of cupboard space and all on suit which was a plus! It wasn’t particularly glamorous but we weren’t in it mush so did the job!

The neighbours security alarm seemed to beep all night- not sure if this was a fault or intended! The villa was pretty dated with some odd decor, a few tweaks and it could be excellent but then guess it would cost a lot more money. The beds were reasonably comfortable but the bed throws were quite scary looking.. 70s vibe. The showers did the job but again very dated and horrible shower curtains! This place has so much potential and don’t get me wrong it provided exactly what we needed but it just felt a little tried. FYI- take some tea towels!

Fabulous that each room had its own bathroom. Rooms were clean and spacious, some with balconies. Lovely outside space with pool and grace area at the sides and at the front. Lovely flowers hanging above a table outside. Open plan downstairs. Felt safe and great location. Fabulous that there was plenty of sun loungers and a BBQ. Half way through, fresh towels/bedding had been provided which was a lovely surprise.

Not having an option to heat the pool. The kids weren’t able to play as long as they wanted to because they were cold. The kitchen for the size of the property or for a group to use, was a little small. Having a communal toilet perhaps downstairs would have been a bonus as once children are asleep in rooms meant bathrooms couldn’t be used without the risk of waking children.
