The location is good. Place is clean
There's stair to room as the room is lifted I think due to flood. Not convenient for elderly. Only 1 toilet and bathroom(very small).

Three bedrooms with excellent beds and good aircon. Lots of parking space. Excellent choice for 6 people with cars, if you can accept the negatives.
Annoying lock system, dangerous steps everywhere, floor slippery when wet, no clothes washing facilities (not even a bucket and drying line), damp smell in two bedrooms, small and smelly towels, house generally ugly and dirty.
