Świetna lokalizacja (cicha i spokojna okolica, blisko sklep Biedronka), niska cena obiektu, mieszkanie przestronne, usytuowane na I piętrze, sąsiedztwo - mili, życzliwi sąsiedzi i w ogóle mieszkańcy Bornego, wyposażenie mieszkania (bardzo duży prysznic, ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, pralka, akcesoria i środki do sprzątania, naczynia i akcesoria kuchenne, garnki, patelnie, duża lodówka, płyta kuchenna i piekarnik, kuchenka mikrofalowa, czajnik elektryczny, duży telewizor), możliwość pozostawienia samochodu w bliskim sąsiedztwie (bezpłatny parking), czystość obiektu, przy wejściu do klatki schodowej stojaki na rowery itd. itp. Ogólnie obiekt świetnie wyposażony. Możliwe, że tu jeszcze wrócimy, bardzo nam się podobało. Polecają rowerzyści 😀

Jedyna uwaga, ale nie "minus" - brak suszarki pokojowej. Oczywiście mokre ręczniki kąpielowe czy odzież można było powiesić na grzejniku w łazience lub w pokoju (trzy grzejniki). Ogólnie nie było do czego się przyczepić 😉
