Ocena dotyczy mieszkania 2 pokojowego, bo takie zaproponował gospodarz po naszym przyjeździe- podobno cieplejsze od 3 pokojowego. Lokalizacja ok, nic więcej na plus przynajmniej o tej porze roku.

Mieszkanie było zimne, kaloryfery rozkręcone i ledwo grzały. Właściciele wiedzieli, że gościem będzie również roczne dziecko- dziecko wróciło chore. Wystarczyło uprzedzić, że ogrzewanie nie działa jak powinno, lub zasugerować zmianę. Brodzik w prysznicu zapchany. W łazience resztki używanych kosmetyków (to chyba był ten zestaw, o którym piszą). Czajnik brudny, woda po zagotowaniu miała oczka jak w rosole :) i full kamień w środku. Wyceniając tak drogo noclegi należałoby mieszkanie porządnie odświeżyć, naprawić ogrzewanie, ustawić drzwi żeby się domykały, i wprowadzić tam trochę światła. Smsowa prośba po opuszczeniu obiektu o wystawienie opinii na 10 trochę nie na miejscu.

Przesympatyczny apartament. Podziwialiśmy jak można na tak małej powierzchni zaprojektować bardzo ładne i przede wszystkim bardzo praktyczne mieszkanie dla kilku osób. Bardzo czysto i higienicznie. Zrobione ze smakiem i wyjątkowe.

Klein aber fein

Die Lage zum Zentrum und zum See aber auch die Ruhe in den Appartements. Denn wir haben einen ängstlichen Hund an Silvester und in diesen Appartement hat er wirklich nix gehört 👍👍👍. Für 3 Tage war das völlig ok. Die Vermieter waren total nett und waren sofort da. Heizung ging nicht und uns wurde sofort eine elektrische Heizung gebracht. Auch die vor Terrasse war OK. Im Sommer kann man gut darunter sitzen und draußen Essen. Fazit unsere Hunde haben sich wohlgefühlt und wir uns auch

Im Badezimmer müsste der Handtuchheizkörper gehen denn es riecht nach dem Duschen ganz schön muffig und kalt war es. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt im Winter ist es ganz schön eng im Appartement da der Tisch zum Essen sehr klein ist. Für 2-3 Tage aber ok

Miejsce na parterze z tarasem,możliwość przyjechania z pieskami. Mili Właściciele dali miseczki z wodą dla moich dwoch psów. Pełne wyposażenie, w tym garnki, pralka.

Obiekt super, ale koło obiektu zdarzyl sie pan, ktoremu nie odpowiadalo ze jestem z psami

Pobyt bardzo udany, łącznie zrobione ok. 60k kroków wokół Szczecinka.

Bardzo fajny i zadbany obiekt. Przemili gospodarze, którzy dbali o to, aby wszystko było pod ręką. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu :)
