If you don’t mind with a cold shower.

The location and the space with 2 rooms

If you don’t mind a cold shower in winter time. The property is managed by a company that probably has around 8 other apartments, so nobody comes for the check in and check out. The price we paid was too high for the value provided. The bathroom need some renovation. We contacted the owner to complain the missing detergent that was provided the day after and about the shower that had no solution at all. We paid around 1900 euros for 4 days, if you want to charge that much you need to invest more on the apartment

Never seen before that there’s no hot water & the stuff doesn’t want to talk about it

The room was nice, the location is comfortable to reach Zugspitze, there’s a parking place

It was difficult to make check in: we ended up talking on the phone to 2 different people, only to wait to be sent a Google drive link to a huge pdf file, so we could learn the 4 numbers of the PIN code. This could be sent in a text message… There was unfortunately a problem with the hot water, something that I find a big issue for a hotel near the ski slopes. We stayed 2 nights and only late on the second evening was there hot water. I contacted the manager about it, and was left on “read”…

Good apartment with balcony, very clean, in a small village.

Check in with keynest and the whole online - download app - pre check in. Lots of admin, you never see a person or can get a person on the phone. Not clear which apartment you have, there are 5 key nests to choose from..

It was amazing location to stay

Location was amazing, we had everything around us: mountains, beautiful lake of 10 minutes with car, activities, good ways to walk, little shop was near by. I think if you stay even without car in this location would be not boring for the whole week, there is plenty places to walk to and have nice activities.

The only thing was no fridge which would make this apartment incredibly amazing place to stay, but it was not included in this location , so we could not expect it as well. Some lights in the room was not working, but that could happen to any apartment.

teleurstellend!

locatie was goed, bedden ook in orde.

service was slecht, nadat ik telefonisch gemeld had dat ik geen warm water had is er niet op gereageerd, ondanks dat mij dat wel was beloofd. Volgende dag wel kunne douchen maar na 2 personen was er weer geen warm water. Ook de verwarming was niet in stellen, op enig moment was het gewoon te koud.

Als je in Biberwier wil skieen is de locatie goed, bushalte in de buurt. Bedden lagen goed.

Douche werdt niet warm. Appartement was stoffig, niet goed schoongemaakt. Host was erg chaggerijnig en werdt boos over de lamp aanmaken in de trappenhal. Appartement is verouderd. Voor de prijs helaas erg teleurstellend. Geen bank in het appartement, alleen een tafel.

Goed, echter geen warm water .... helaas!

Het was zeker een goedkoop appartement als je het vergelijkt met andere opties.

Het enigste wat tegenviel, maar niet onbelangrijk was de warmwatervoorziening. Zowel het boilertje onder het aanrecht gaf slechts louw water, maar ook het badwater was simpelweg te koud om comfortabel het bad te kunnen gebruiken. Omdat ik me scheer met een mes en niet met een scheerapparaat is heet water aan de wastafel wel fijn maar ook daar zeer louw water.

Abbiamo utilizzato questa struttura di passaggio per una notte. Molto comodo il check-in online, l’host è stato molto disponibile nel dare le informazioni su come accedere alla struttura! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimale. Vista dalla camera molto bella. Camera e bagno spaziosi.

I cuscini piuttosto scomodi. Al nostro ingresso in struttura in camera c’era davvero troppo caldo.

Sehr angenehm und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne geräumige Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, 2 Duschen und 2 Toiletten, mit 6 Betten und einem großen Esstisch. Küchenzeile mit ausreichend Töpfen und Pfannen, Kaffeemaschine mit Pads und Wasserkocher. Wir haben uns zu fünft (3 Kinder) absolut wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Leider ging die Deckenbeleuchtung im linken Schlafzimmer nicht

Ausstattung gut, leider kein Warmes Wasser....

Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Balkon vorhanden. Bett war gemütlich Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Kein warmes Wasser verfügbar. bzw. das Wasser aus dem Hahn wurde nicht mehr als ca 25°C warm. Zusätzlich war Heizung war noch abgestellt. So das es ungemütlich kühl im Zimmer war.

Ruhig gelegen

Umständlicher Check-In-Prozess mit opulenter Informationsabfrage. Haben den Check-In nicht abschliessen können, dann auch keine Infomail bekommen. Die wichtigsten Infos wie Schlüsselcode und WLAN-Passwort konnten wir aber immerhin telefonisch klären. Für ein Appartement magere Ausstattung.

Diverse Glühbirnen defekt, ein paar Spinnweben, Mülleimer war nicht geleert, warmes Wasser kam erst nach langem Warten, die Bilder auf der Website stammen nicht alle aus dem Appartement, in einem Zimmer war Dusche nicht separat sondern im Zimmer

Ruhige Lage Parkplatz vorhanden. Sauberes Zimmer.

Die Kommunikation zwischen mir (Mieter) und Vermieter hätte besser sein können: zunächst lief der Kontakt über Email, der Schlüsselcode wurde allerdings über Whatsapp mitgeteilt, dieses Vorgehen wurde mir nicht kommuniziert. Die unbekannte Whatsapp-Nachricht wurde von mir zunächst ignoriert, weil sie als Chat des Vermieters nicht erkennbar war. Nachdem die Whatsapp-Nachricht geöffnet war, waren alle Informationen sehr zufriedenstellend erklärt.

Prachtig uitzicht in ruim appartement

Ruim appartement met twee balkons die allebei prachtig uitzicht bieden op de omgeving. Prima kookgelegenheid en goede bedden. We hadden super-last-minute geboekt maar desondanks ging inchecken erg soepel online. Sleutel was bereikbaar via de lockbox.

De douches zijn donker en laag, lange mensen kunnen er niet comfortabel douchen. Het jaren ‘70-appartement heeft in alle waarschijnlijkheid nooit een upgrade gehad en het interieur is dus erg gedateerd: alle typische elementen zijn er nog. Denk aan de vloerbedekkingtegels die er wat smoezelig uit zagen.

Tolle und ruhige Lage mitten im Dorf Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar (Supermarkt ca 200 m) Die verschiedenen Skigebiete der Tiroler Zugspitzarena sind auch alles gut und schnell zu erreichen
