Close to my son’s student house and Colorado College so we could walk to the graduation ceremony. Cute cottage style decoration with multiple decks and balconies to read a book and sip coffee.

Cute house, just perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and well equipped. Close to downtown and other attractions in the area. Had a very enjoyable week here.
Unfortunately the road noise was a bit loud in bedrooms upstairs. Would also love the option to recycle rubbish.
