A+ for an incredible location. Right on a prime spot on the beach. Very close to good restaurants. Convenient to shopping. Very nice private neighborhood pool.
The owners need to give the home some TLC. I gave the management company a list of items that need attention. I was there with friends from high school, all in our late 60s. The stairs in the home are steep and it was very difficult to take our luggage up and down to the upper floors. Elevator listed is not reliable.

The location...the elevator was a game changer for my husband..He wouldnt have been able to climb the stairs.
I wish you wouldve had some blankets..a little more bathtowels...and also a vacuum wouldve been nice.

Location
Definitely not a adequate amount of bath towels for the amount of people who can stay in house. Could really use a vacuum bc house is on beach it would be nice to clean up each day. And elevator should not be extra considering the floors of house. That should be a luxury for cost of house.
