Despertarse allí rodeado de vides y del sonido de las aves fue algo impresionante. Habíamos leído que el camino de acceso era complicado, pero metiendo primera se sube sin ningún drama. Mi familia y yo estuvimos de lujo, vimos que tienen calefactores y deshumidificadores por si refresca en el invierno de Lanzarote. Además, los días que estuvo algo nublado, el calentador de gas de apoyo funcionó de maravilla y tuvimos agua caliente sin problema. Esta casa es una maravilla absoluta, si buscas paz total y desconectar del mundo. La casa estaba impecable, súper limpia y equipadísima, ¡tenía de todo! El trato por parte de la propiedad fue inmejorable, súper atentos en todo. ¡Repetiremos el próximo año, pero esta vez más días!

La casa è una meraviglia, immersa in un ambiente fantastico, circondata da vigne e con una vista mozzafiato sul Parco Naturale de La Geria. I proprietari hanno pensato davvero a tutto: hanno installato uno scaldabagno a gas così, nelle giornate nuvolose in cui il termosifone solare non scalda a sufficienza, l’acqua calda è sempre garantita. È proprio questo tipo di attenzione a fare la differenza! Avevamo letto che l’ultimo tratto di accesso fosse un po’ impegnativo, ma in realtà non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Con calma e in prima marcia si sale senza problemi. È il posto ideale per una vacanza in famiglia. Mio figlio si è divertito un mondo esplorando la vigna intorno alla casa. Inoltre abbiamo avuto la fortuna di coincidere con la vendemmia: è stata un’esperienza bellissima sia per lui che per noi. È andato tutto oltre le aspettative. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Tutto perfetto, niente da segnalare.

We stayed at this property at the beginning of June and, overall, we had a positive experience. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, and the panoramic view is truly stunning. It was one of the main reasons we chose this place, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. However, there are a few things that future guests should be aware of. The sleeping area, which is built into the hillside at the back of the house, is very humid. We had to keep the dehumidifiers running whenever we were at home, and we even left the wardrobes open to prevent our clothes from absorbing moisture. The bedrooms also have only small high windows, so they feel quite dark and much less pleasant than the bright and spacious living area. That said, we have not stayed in any other properties in Lanzarote, so we cannot say whether this level of humidity is typical of this type of house on the island or something that could reasonably be improved. The biggest issue, however, was the access road. The house is located halfway up a hill and the final part of the road is unpaved, very uneven, narrow in places, and covered with loose sand. Even though we had rented a Jeep, we were unable to drive all the way up to the house. From the second day onwards, we decided to leave the car in the village and walk the rest of the way. We had read in previous reviews that access could be challenging, but we underestimated how difficult it actually was. Another factor was that our rental agreement with Cicar did not allow us to drive on unpaved roads, so we did not want to risk damaging the vehicle and becoming liable for the costs. Considering the price of the property, we believe the access road should be improved. The owner was very kind and genuinely tried to help us find a solution. Quedamos fascinados con la experiencia, es el lugar perfecto para buscar puro relax y el mejor destino para una escapada en pareja. El alojamiento tiene un diseño espectacular, todo limpísimo, una decoración preciosa y con el gran detalle de una magnífica colección de libros para leer. Su ubicación entre viñedos ofrece unas vistas impresionantes y es ideal para recorrer la isla (consejo: alquila un todoterreno para moverte mejor). La propietaria es encantadora, muy comunicativa y atenta a cualquier necesidad. ¡Excelente de principio a fin!
