Casa Mcelroy

2nd time at Casa Mc Elroy and the house/pool all perfect.After travelling the island to various locations everyday we chilled in the pool and had BBQ’s most evenings. Nighttime was lovely looking down on the lit up shoreline watching boats docked off bay or planes coming into land. Location is very central to everything including nearby Supermarkets in Tias and Macher. Shopping Malls in Arrecife ,Playa Honda or Puerto Del Carmen all within 15min drives. Would recommend Teguise Market on a Sunday or Playa Blanca both old town and Harbour and Costa Teguise as day trips. Car hire only 320€ with Auto Reisen for 9 days and €35 of petrol for all the travelling we done…do ensure you get Sat Nav as ours had none but we knew where we were going. Local supermarkets close on a Sunday but a good petrol station in Tias is open.

All perfect no issues with hot showers or pool temp

A quiet residential area, which was perfect for the 2 of us for the week. A car is a must. We took the opportunity to drive out and explore everyday. The villa, had everything we needed and more. Some nice finishing touches, food basket, rolled up pool towels in a basket, plenty of garden furniture, lovely garden areas. Norman, the owner was easy to communicate with regarding a couple of queries we had. If we ever found ourselves in Lanzarote and wanting to stay in a villa, I wouldn't look elsewhere
