Walking distance to town, washer and dryer, living space.
Parking situation only allows for a small number of guests to park in parking lot adjacent to building, while the remaining guests have to pay $25 a day to park in parking garage…. Also, the mattress was bad, dingy towels (thankfully we brought our own towels), no outdoor space/seating, and the rug in living room is dirty and smells. Guests are asked/required to wash towels prior to leaving. Truthfully, I would never use towels “washed” by another guest. How do I know soap was actually used?
