The location is great. The unit is clean and well stocked with kitchen items, books, games and toys.
The bathroom fans are very noisy, the wine glasses were plastic and the courtyard was disappointing as it looked neglected. Sorry.

Nice to have games, children’s toys, dvd & books etc but we didn’t use them
No email regarding how to collect keys. When I phoned given street number of office, no street numbers, no signage relevant to Great Ocean Rd holidays, it is signed as a real estate office. Had to telephone again to get location next to chemist.
The tiled floors and skirting boards were dirty, as was the inside of rubbish bin. The apartment had no shower grate cover in en-suite and risk of injuring feet. Wall above head of bed in main bedroom was not clean. Extractor fan was dirty.
