Newly renovated, it has been stylishly and thoughtfully fitted out with quality tasteful furnishings and appliances. Brand new Siemens Dishwasher, large family sized Electrolux fridge, and Kitchenaid coffee machine for enjoying your morning brew comfortably with a 5 star view.
Upstairs is open plan living with brand new Tasmanian oak flooring, sundeck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. Downstairs are two bedrooms with newly installed carpet, modernised ensuite and combined laundry/bathroom complete with large spa bath and brand new appliances.
