it was nicely loacted between port fiary and warnabool gives you easy access to many local attractions.

There are horses in the land next door, which was nice as they come close to where you stay.

Hazy sunrises were lovely and there was a great sunset before a spectacular thunderstorm - excellent view of the lightning from the floor to ceiling windows.
A short drive into Port Fairy.
The host was communicative.
The rabbits out at night were cute.
Grateful for the aircon.
Very comfortable bed. Hot showers!
Tiny is correct - it has a minimum of everything you'll need but there's nowhere to put luggage.
In essence a caravan in a paddock, which rocks in a strong wind. Not a picturesque location, don't expect a quaint farm (at least not when it's all dry in summer). The front half of the neighbouring property is a like a tip but you can't see that once you're at the trailer fortunately.
