NADIE me respondió a preguntas realizadas al anfitrión antes de nuestra llegada, NADIE me informó donde dirigirme cuando llegase, acudí al mostrador del fondo y no sabían nada de nosotros, tuve que llamar por teléfono para saber qué hacer. La primera noche y al regreso, no pude entrar en el edificio porque NADIE me dio el código de acceso, FATAL!!!! Tuvimos que pagar la tasa turística en metálico pero no recibimos ningún justificante.

The location was very good with a balcony overlooking the sea. There were a lot of good restaurants in easy walking distance. The walk in shower was very good.

We were not made aware when we checked in that the main doors to the building were locked at night and were not given either a key or a code to enable us to enter. When we did discover this and were locked out, but fortunately were let in by another resident, we contacted Thomas Real Estate but never received a reply. The following day we were given the entry code by another resident. On a third occasion when the code changed, fortunately a cleaner was going in and gave me the new one. There were no instructions about how anything operated in the property or who to contact as we had previously had no response, so we had to find out by trial and error. There was no space in the cupboards to put our clothes in as they were already full, so we had to live out of our suitcases for which there was just room to leave on the floor as the room was a lot smaller than it seems from the picture. There were only 2 towels when we arrived and expected them to be changed after the first week, but the room wasn’t serviced at all during our 2 week stay. We had bought 2 beach towels with us so used those as well. There was no wi-fi available which we knew before we went but it did cause a lot of problems.
