    Hotel rates are reasonable and its location is accessible to lots of areas within Makati and Metro Manila in general.

    The receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Instead of addressing our concern professionally, she kept making excuses and dismissed our complaint. When we reported a leak in our room, she immediately said it was impossible because it had never happened before. That response made no sense—why would we report a leak if there wasn’t one? We clearly found a leak and informed the staff about it. The customer service was very disappointing and the receptionist’s attitude was unacceptable.
