Nice, clean and cozy apartment (double check for the spa!)

The apartment is cozy, clean, and spacious just enough for one or two people (I was a solo traveler and I had plenty of space). The kitchen is one of the best I saw - it literally has everything you need so you can either prepare or heat food, literally nothing I could think of was missing. The host left bottled water, and a selection of coffee and tea, which was a nice addition to the overall enjoyment. The bed is excellent and quite big. The toilet was nice and clean, and it also offered a hair dryer - with a diffuser (curlies may be particularly happy about it). The towels are numerous and fluffy. The host provided very clear explanations of how to check in and out of the apartment, so you can enter and leave by yourself. It's located in a peaceful street, just a ten minute walk from the city center.

I liked the apartment very much, but there was one important element missing: the spa. If you are making this reservation for the spa, don't. There is no spa within the property. As I understood, it is located elsewhere, but it is necessary to make a reservation in advance. Unfortunately, I did not know it, so in the end I could not use it. It is just one detail in an otherwise perfect apartment, but it adds to the overall impression. Also, it would be a good idea to have a small lamp next to the bed (though I liked the battery-operated candle!).

Jestem w pełni usatysfakcjonowana

Z całego serca polecam obiekt. Wykupiłam dziewięć nocy w tym miejscu i absolutnie pod każdym względem jestem usatysfakcjonowana - zarówno lokalizacja, czystość na którą zwracam niezwykle uwagę, wyposażenie mieszkania, łatwość kontaktu z właścicielem, który był cały czas dostępny w razie jakichkolwiek problemów - i które nie miały miejsca, jednak ogromnie doceniam fakt, iż sam oferował pomoc i pytał czy wszystko w porządku. Z pewnością w razie kolejnych wizyt w Nowym Sadzie nie będę szukała innej oferty, a po prostu skontaktuję się z gospodarzem :)

Jako dobra lokacija, ima sve sto je potrebno za prijatno boraviate a domacin je ostavio i asortiman cajeva i kafa kao izuzetnu dobrodoalicu. Krevet je jako udoban i prostran zaista sve preporuke za odmor.

Odličan smeštaj na lepoj lokaciji u odnosu na centar

Vidi se da je stan renoviran skoro, sve je novo, cisto, domacin je jako ljubazan i detaljan. Prijavljivanje se vrsi po principu self chek in, tako da se fizicki nismo sreli, ali su upustva za tacnu lokaciju smestaja i kljuca stigla na vreme uz video snimke, slike i sva potrebna objasnjenja. Sve pohvale!

Jedina mala zamerka na koju domacin verovatno ni ne moze da utice, jeste miris koji se po malo oseca iz odvoda u toaletu. Pretpostavljam da je to zbog starosti zgrade.

Estudio cómodo con una perfecta ubicación.

Un pequeño estudio que se encuentra en una ubicación increíble, a menos de 10 minutos del centro y tan solo a 15 minutos de la estación de trenes. El equipamiento es muy bueno y todo es muy cómodo. Además, el propietario es una persona muy atenta y nos dejó entrar un poco antes ya que andabamos con el equipaje encima. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días en una ciudad tan bonita como Novi Sad.
