Dean Marlin by AvantStay

It was close enough to be able to walk to restaurants, grocery store, etc.

There were no closet in the rooms or anywhere else. Only one small wall hanger in each room for hanging clothes. Only one nightstand in each room with one small drawer. One luggage rack in each room. No other furniture to set clothes or personal items on or for storage. This is not enough storage for more than one person in each room. Especially if you are staying more than one night. Only two bath towels in each room. They were stored on the bed upon arrival. No real place to keep them in the bathroom as well. Only one hook in each bathroom for towels and there were two people in each room and no other place to hang wet bath towels. The shower could use a deep clean. Construction across the street started at 7:30am. Because of the construction the front porch is pretty much unusable. I know construction can’t be prevented but it would be nice to know in advance and to be prepared for it. For the price this rental should be more accommodating to guest.
