My husband and I had a lovely stay at SURO. From the beginning, communication with the host was smooth and professional. We were connected with a concierge who was punctual, friendly, and gave us a thorough explanation of everything in the apartment during check-in. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, stylish yet comfortable, and was spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was important for us as we mostly prepared breakfast and dinner at home. The laundry machine was a big plus, especially after coming from Kruger National Park with a full load of clothes to wash. The location is fantastic. The area is full of great restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and fitness options. We especially loved going to Hustle & Heart, a cycling studio nearby, every morning. We had a rental car and appreciated being able to find street parking right in front of the building each night without any issues. All in all, we highly recommend SURO and would gladly stay here again!
